Moore Dixon offers General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Training

With just eight months to the deadline when companies must demonstrate compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Moore Dixon will join forces with UK IP and technology Lawyer, Dai Davis, to host a full-day of training with full CPD credit on 26 September to assist the Island’s businesses deal with this new EU regulation. 
 
Non-compliance with the new GDPR could cost the Island’s businesses dearly.
 
“Data protection on steroids is how some people see GDPR,” says Daryl Richards, compliance officer at Moore Dixon, “GDPR takes a wide view of what constitutes personal identification information, how it can be handled, stored or subsequently used, giving consumers the opportunity to take back control of their personal data.”
