Moore Dixon receives ISO 9001 certification fourth year running

After completing the annual surveillance audit by World Certification Services, Moore Dixon, Isle of Man has retained its international ISO:9001 certification and has updated to the newer ISO:9001:2015 standard. Moore Dixon Isle of Man was one of the first firms in this industry in the Isle of Man to be awarded this certification.

“We’re extremely proud to once again receive this certification.  In the eyes of our present and future clients it sets us apart and gives clients the reassurance to know that we are offering the highest quality of service,” said managing partner Clive Dixon, “The entire team put in a lot of effort to achieve this accreditation for the first time in 2014 - to receive it for the fourth-year running is a credit to everyone at Moore Dixon and their hard work.”

An ISO 9001 certification requires a firm to have strict and specific procedures conforming to the international standards to ensure the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Ongoing annual surveillance audits are integral to maintaining the ISO 9001 certification, assuring that the firm continues meeting the strict requirements, confirming management systems remain effective and encouraging improvement of enhancing customer service and profitability.

The updated 2015 version of ISO 9001 has ten clauses compared to the previous eight, and focuses more on organisation, risk-based thinking, leadership and management and makes the integration of various management systems much simpler.

“I’m delighted that we have retained this highly certified accreditation and it has been worth every bit of effort we have put into it,” Clive added.
